Funny how everything COST Money I know. Funny how every step we take to get closer costs MORE money. And yet we keep progressing ONE STEP AT A TIME. soon Bigger Steps we Pray.

We all know money doesn’t grow on trees. So we are doing what we can as we go…hence this last money raise announcement. Our CLOSE Shareholders are investing what they can to help push us faster ALONG THE WAY while others complain and push in the wrong direction.

Perhaps gaining another public company to raise our funds mean nothing to you. It ALL costs more money. If we had the WARCHEST we would be done by now.

When the Money comes in Faster any Company can move Faster. Hence our last few announcements. So we bring in new people to help PUSH us in the Right Direction. However long it takes.

We will negotiate whatever deal makes sense to move forward. THATS HOW WE GOT THIS FAR EVEN WITH ALL THE NASTY WOLVES STEALING OUR ASSETS, NAMES, AND THUNDER.

Instead of helping push $$$ forward its easer to complain I know. The problem is it pushes us in the wrong direction. Funny how some people Know that too.

They want to call us names and destroy our good work killing cancers effectively stopping us from progressing hmmmmmm.

I'm sure if you yelled that loud at ALL the cancer killing foundations, "the ones without their cancer killing drugs being stolen" might be able to step up to help you guys MUCH Faster than us considering we are starting from scratch and behind the eight ball again, even though we already proves it works. NASTY how the system is I know, we are going step by step.

Just as we keep laying out, we will make it again, hopefully in time for your guys Blaming us for your non-treatment is even worst obviously it causes undue stress on everyone.

Everyone knows what happened (Stolen CANCER DRUGS LAWSUIT) to ALL our cannabinoid cancer killing medicines. We were growing PLENTY of drug cannabinoids in San Joaquin Valley for Patients just like you guys and soooo much more, GONE.

I understand your frustrations about as much as OURS. Especially, when we have to start all over again with very little resources compared to our SUCCESS Times going through HARVARD.

I DO Suggest you YELL just in the right direction if you think they (ALL the large cancer foundations) don't hear you. The ONES who can help you when you need it the most. NOT at those trying to help you while they are trying.

A BROKEN Rotten to the core system of Justice run by those who use it for their Greed and Pocketbooks/Bank Accounts somewhere. When those who are supposed to UPHOLD the Law "HOLDUP" the Law and CRASH, this is what happens.

We end up with $750,000.00+ in court costs for lawyers, staffing, and travel all over the place, everything to FIGHT. The Markets have been just as Wild as "EBYH" trading on such a sporadic manner! It's Great to see a Brand New Market for us to begin to take shape while handing ALL our Shareholders the Ground floor opportunities to Invest in a number of different ways to ensure Financial participation from our past and future Success.

Today the DOW is still Fighting a slow decline from the recent All-time High it reached a few days ago.

The DOW is trading around 40,500 -250, fighting to stay over 40,000 again.

The Flavor of today is the Jobs Report from Yahoo:

US stocks erased earlier gains on Friday as investors digested a crucial jobs report that provided clues to the size of this month's expected interest rate cut and the resilience of the US economy.

Tech stocks led the morning's declines, with the Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) down nearly 2% in early trading. The S&P 500 (^GSPC) and Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) dropped around 1% and 0.5%, respectively.

The US economy added 142,000 jobs in August, which trailed expectations for about 165,000 jobs added. Prior month job growth was also revised lower, as the labor market showed signs of continued cooling. The unemployment rate, however, ticked back down to 4.2%.

The Good news:

The report shifted expectations for the Fed to enact a more sizable rate cut at its meeting in less than two weeks. According to the CME FedWatch tool, traders see a 50-50 chance of a 50 basis point cut, which was up significantly from Thursday.

The debate now turns to how much the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates. And the answer isn't clear.

"We still believe that the Federal Reserve will only lower rates by 25 basis points during the Federal Open Market Committee meeting in less than two weeks and open the door, by updating the dot plot, to more rate cuts before the end of the year, based on 'incoming data,'" Eugenio Aleman, chief economist at Raymond James, wrote in reaction to the report.

Back to "EBYH" the Bidders seem to be Winning the fluctuating market swings, I'm glad it is working. Once the general markets kicks in say goodbye to these days of selective Bidding. Enjoy it while it last and HOPEFULLY you can accumulate some "cheap stock" as they say!

The Bid/Ask is a constant spread Opportunity orders are jumping all over the place while the Bid drops and the Offers/Ask come in and then disappear!

*** In the last few weeks we've been seeing the "EBYH" Bid hovering around .15 - .20 and most of the trading is still happening in the .25 - .35 cent range. I seen a little trade @ .20 but nothing any lower than that.

Early morning at the open seems to offer the Best Bidding timing, it seems to start off low and inch up from there. Right now it is Bid .074 and the Ask is .34, this is the Lowest Bid price I've seen in a minute. It was .71 early this morning then .72, and now .074. It is possible orders are not showing, it seems to happen quite often.

*** This is Great though, our Guys can possibly take advantage of the thinly traded "EBYH" market these days. This makes for easy pickings for the low hanging fruit. How long will this last, not so sure.

Yesterday a couple orders came in at the .15 - .20 - .28 Bid levels and the action started. So keep on keeping on, the Company Momentum will take over once we start the exposure programs though the 1-Million Strong Killing Cancer VIP Fundraiser Events and subsequent Television, Print, and Online Advertising.

Once these Event exposure programs kickin we could see some serious supply and demand changes in that "EBYH" market. I mean this is how it supposed to work. Buy Low and Sell High is the name of the Game, and momentum is the Key.

Yahoo commentary is spot on:

"Nasdaq rebounds 1% as Nvidia (NVDA) shares gained more than 2% on Monday, helping lift the Nasdaq. The tech heavy index rose as much as 1.2% to lead the market gains. Nvidia stock rebounded after losing almost 14% last week. The AI chip heavyweight has underpinned the market rally this year. EV giant Tesla (TSLA) also rebounded as much as 4% on Monday following a pullback on Friday."

"US stocks rebounded on Monday on the heels of the S&P 500's worst week since early 2023 as inflation came back into focus for investors gauging pressures that could influence the size of interest rate cuts.

The S&P 500 (^GSPC) climbed 1%, coming off a drop of 1.7% for the benchmark, as major US gauges closed with hefty losses. The Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) jumped more than 400 points, or 1%, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) rose roughly 1%.

Stocks were on pace to regain some of the ground they lost after the August jobs report failed to settle a key question: How aggressively will the Federal Reserve lower interest rates? The neither-hot-nor-cold data left Wall Street guessing whether a cut of 25 or 50 basis points is likely at this month's policy meeting."

BACK TO EBYH Today:

*** Our Beloved ASU/CSi-EDP Partner "EBYH" is even showing signs of anticipated Success. As we get closer to announce the Venue and Dates for the Fundraiser things are certainly getting heated.

I expect the Media Kit/Sponsorship package to be completed this week and with such good fortune we'll lock up a Venue/Date and start making announcements !!!

That's when the Fireworks Show should begin is my bet, maybe sooner who knows. The momentum should really pick up once we start announcing the VIP Fundraiser Show lineup.

I seen the Bid moving up again, too .1511 - .34 first it was .15, then .151, now, .1511 and getting larger in each increment. Still no lucky guys getting it down there, but this is the markets you never know who does what till is done! That's going up or down, if you are in there at the highest Bid you will be the one who gets it.

Once the offers start getting taken out again, that's when the upward action really begins, who knows how high it can go this time and on each Momentum swing thereafter.

I think once we start showing more people (Advertising) about the Killing Cancers VIP Fundraiser Event that's when supply and demand can kick in to create a whole other level of momentum! You certainly want to have whatever you want before then, during, and afterwards. Especially if we get the TV exposure we are looking for before the Event.

*** And then, If we are so fortunate to raise enough $$$ (which we think we will based on the response thus far) we can begin our Pharmacokinetics for our FDA IND# application to begin FDA Clinical trials. This will not be the same Company, none of them will, they can all graduate to the Big Board based on our increased cancer Drug Asset valuations at least they will qualify for NASDAQ.

Day 31, September 17, 2024, Stock market today: The DOW's NEW HIGHS and still on the Move!

The Dow is poised to build on record as stocks rise ahead of Fed decision, we've seen New Highs for the DOW this week and last, this is unchartered territory and the reactions prove it.

A Fresh look since I started writing this morning!

It's shaky at the Top sometimes, but it's pushing 42,000 now!

Stocks rose on Tuesday, with techs leading the advance as investors assessed fresh retail sales data in the wait for a Federal Reserve meeting pivotal to an interest-rate cut.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) moved up roughly 0.2%, coming off a record-high close for the blue-chip index. The S&P 500 (^GSPC) added about 0.4%, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) put on 0.7%.

Today's High for the DOW so far is 41,835.28

Bit of a change in pace, I've been swamped with our Event planning sessions and closing out both of the CSi-VIP Programs. We should be done this week too and on to the next Chapter!

I'd call this very close to our 1-Month Anniversary with EBYH. Technically the first News Release came out August the 5th however with weekends we are right at 31 days of trading !!!

We've seen the stock trade up to 37 -38 Highs and settle back in the 20's trading pattern for now. When we started it was Bid around .07 per share.

*** Just a quick heads up for everyone accumulating Great Job! I think once we finishing the Media Kit/Sponsorship Package and the 1-Million Strong KCFC Website, things will change in that market due to supply and demand.

The plan is to begin Promotions for the Fundraiser through-out South Florida and across the country. The plan is to air on Broadcast TV, possibly Pay-Per view, and Streaming Online.

*** This can certainly bring a massive audience for our Cancer Killing Cause and we expect the numbers to surprise us. We will be aggressive in our reach and our Cancer Killing Fundraising cause for this Event.

Right now, it looks like NEW Investors are replacing some of the Old as well as some small profit taking from the initial launch.

Everyone should do what makes them feel good and of course what makes you money in the markets, I mean that is the name of the game.

So hold on, to your HATS, it's about to get LOUD. I expect first round completion this week and launch next week!

I'm very impressed at the patience and skill of the Bid accumulation since we began, I'm seeing some good average price numbers, it seems everyone is below .30 thus far and the mid 20's is the sweet spot.

*** Things can change real fast in the markets UP or DOWN, we all know that. One thing I do know, EVERYONE is looking for a Winner.

MOST People follow the trends, some will wait for momentum to kick in, others just plain want to be ahead of the curve! UP or Down.

However, they are still a bit Nervous according to a Barrons Report:

U.S. stocks looked set to pick up small gains on Tuesday, judging by premarket action. Investors’ focus has shifted to the Federal Reserve’s September meeting, which kicks off today and ends tomorrow.
Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were up 125 points, or 0.3%, after the gauge hit its first record close of the month on Monday. Futures for the S&amp;P 500 climbed 0.4%, while contracts tied to the tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 rose 0.6%.

The Federal Open Market Committee meets this week. While investors are almost certain that policymakers will vote to slash interest rates for the first time since the early days of the pandemic, they’re still not sure if it’ll be a quarter- or a half-point cut.

The odds have shifted in favor of a more aggressive move in recent days. On Tuesday, the market was pricing in a 69% chance that the central bank lowers borrowing costs by 50 basis points, according to the CME FedWatch tool.

It’s “a very rare level of uncertainty,” Deutsche Bank’s global head of macro research Jim Reid said in a morning research note. “The closest parallel to this uncertainty is the decision in March 2023, amidst the regional bank turmoil,” he added.

The last bit of data that could change the picture is the August U.S. retail sales report, due out today. Economists are expecting a 0.2% slide from the same period last year, according to data from FactSet. A bigger slowdown than that could shift the dial even further in favor of a half-point cut.

Yahoo Remains Bullish with a hint of faith in the Fed rate cuts as a couple Big Tech making notable moves:

Stocks are setting up for gains as the odds on a 0.5% Fed rate cut creep higher, with just one day to go before officials reveal their monetary policy decision. The central bank's two-day meeting, which begins Tuesday, is prevailingly expected to bring the first easing in rates since early 2020.
Investors were weighing data that showed retail sales surpassed Wall Street's estimates in August, with the focus on signs of a slowdown in consumer spending. The reading is the last piece of data that could factor into the Fed's thinking on opting for a substantial rate cut rather than a quarter-point move.

Right now, the rate-path debate is focused on the possibility that the bigger cut could prompt panic in markets. At the same time, some on Wall Street suggest the smaller move could also disappoint and spark concern.
As of Tuesday, traders see odds of 65% on a 50 basis point reduction in rates, compared with 62% a day ago. The chances of a 25 basis point cut stand at 35%, per the CME FedWatch tool.

Meanwhile, Intel's (INTC) shares popped after its foundry secured Amazon as a multibillion-dollar customer for AI chips. Also helping revive faith in battered tech stocks was Microsoft's (MSFT) new plan to buy back up to $60 billion in shares and a 10% boost to its dividend.

Stocks are rallying as investors take a closer look at the Fed's decision to kick-start its new rate cycle with 50 basis point cut. After Wednesday's policy announcement, the gauges swayed around before closing lower.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, and Nasdaq (^DJI,^GSPC, ^IXIC) are set to recoup Wednesday’s losses. All three of the major indexes closed lower after the Federal Reserve cut its benchmark rate by 50 basis points. In a press conference after the decision, Chair Jerome Powell called the move a “recalibration” of the central bank’s monetary policy. Trending tickers on Yahoo Finance include Nvidia (NVDA), Alibaba Group (BABA), and Tesla (TSLA).

US stocks soared on Thursday amid growing optimism that the Federal Reserve's jumbo interest-rate cut will deliver a "soft landing" for the US economy.

The S&P 500 (^GSPC) climbed roughly 1.7%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average (^IXIC) rose more than 500 points, with both trading around closing record highs. The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) led the gains, up 2.7%.

Wall Street has absorbed Chair Jerome Powell's message that a deep cut in a relatively strong economy will ultimately fend off the risk of recession — and is a sign of faith, not panic about current conditions.

Bank of America now believes the Fed will go on to cut rates by 0.75% by the end of the year, versus the 0.50% it previously forecast. By comparison, the central bank's own "dot plot" indicates policymakers expect a half-percentage-point reduction.

Rate-sensitive growth stocks climbed in premarket trading, with Big Tech mega caps that fueled this year's rally making gains. Alphabet (GOOG), Microsoft (MSFT) and Meta (META) were all up roughly 2%, while Apple (AAPL) added over 3%. Tesla (TSLA) and Nvidia (NVDA) rose around 4%.
With the Fed pivot done, some in the market have returned to watching data releases as they brace for potential volatility. A weekly Labor Department report on initial jobless claims on Thursday morning showed a fall to the lowest level in four months. The figure for the week ended Sept. 19 came in at 219,000, while the prior week's total was revised 1,000 higher to 231,000.

The Fed's big cut shows it has learned its lesson: Morning Brief
The Federal Reserve opted for a bigger rate cut to officially end its years-long tightening campaign. But to quell the potential for panic, the half-a-point slash came with an explicit message: "The US economy is basically fine."
Fed Chair Jerome Powell rephrased and repeated the sentiment like a mantra throughout the meeting, continually noting that "the US economy is in good shape."

An aggressive move can also be the more reasonable one, in the same way that timidity and hesitation can invite success to pass you by. After all, the Fed’s reluctance to change course when pricing pressures were accelerating is what allowed historic levels of inflation to take hold, the central bank’s critics have argued — both at the time and in the years since.
The Fed didn’t want to be behind the curve again.

"We don’t think we’re behind. We think this is timely but I think you can take this as a sign of our commitment not to get behind," Powell said at the press conference Wednesday, swatting away criticisms of "playing catch-up" and policy tardiness.

The central bankers may have concluded that going big was the prudent move, but it left Powell obligated to calm worries that the boldness of the decision wasn't triggered by a batch of alarming data the rest of us hadn't seen — even as he defended a policy decision the market expected and desired.

"The labor market is actually in solid condition," he said. "And our intention with our policy move today is to keep it there." He touted solid economic growth and said that inflation is retreating.

The nuanced double-move makes sense in the context of the Fed's prior mishaps, of learning to embrace the kind of preemptive action that might have advanced the central bank's mission when it first confronted COVID-era inflation.
