I am NOT a CSI-VIP Status Holder, even though I own 1.2 million original CBIS shares, so I don't receive your CSI-VIP Shareholder Legacy Reports. Therefore, I have to ask some QUESTIONS here:

(1) Have you officially closed everything out with our in-house Financials, AS STATED, so we can officially start the Audit? If not, why not?
(2) Has the AUDIT officially started? If not, why not?

Additionally, the November 5, 2025, UPDATE also time-lined the 'Audit & Pending NASDAQ Listing' activity as follows:

(1) 3-6 Months to Complete Audit Capital Raise
(2) 3-6 Months to Complete Full Audit
(3) 3-6 Months to Complete NASDAQ Filings
(4) 3-6 Months to Address Comments & Changes

QUESTIONS:

(1) Are you still in the "Raise Capital to Pay for the Audit" Step, or has that been completed already?
(2) Which of the 4 steps noted above are you currently working on?
(3) What is your conservative estimate for it to take for CBIS to be relisted on the Exchange (1-2 yrs)?

Lastly, the November 5, 2025, UPDATE does NOT speak to any current activity of the Strategic Partner "Strainsforpains." They are supposedly spearheading "Our 1-Million Strong Killing Cancer campaign." I initially thought that they were going to produce some of the CBIS Products, but just what has their contribution been? I don't see any and haven't heard of any either. I bought 23,000 shares of EBYH @ $0.26 - it is now trading for $0.16. I expected a lot more from them.

I also want to comment on the fact that there is only one portal for making a payment on the Live Negotiator Corp platform for each of the following:

1-Million Strong Fight Club Memberships, CSi-Loyalty Gifts, CSi-VIP Status $1,000.00+ VIP All Status for all CSi-EDP Events and Opportunities, and the CSi-VIP Legacy Ownership. Thank you for your continued support of our Projects!

Yet, when making a payment, there is no place on that payment form to state which of the aforementioned fundraising activities that payment is to be applied to.

I know that the goal of the 1-Million Strong Fight Club was to raise $20 million via $20 payments from 1 Million people. How many people have joined, and how much has been raised to date? Even Jimmy Fund reports these totals to the public. Furthermore, I would be inclined to make another $20 payment if I was assured that that money was being applied to that specific entity.

The same applies to all of the other fundraising activities. Just how much has been collected to date for each? What's the big secret?

In GOD we trust - EVERYONE ELSE should be held accountable.

BUT, on 2017-01-09 CBIS Entered into 1 yr. Research Collaboration Agreement (RCA) with Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) to Develop Cannabinoid-Based Medications and Associated Delivery Technologies for the Treatment of Cancers.

Then on 2018-01-18 1st Frontiers In Oncology Article: "Nano Particle Drone to Target Lung Cancer with Radio Sensitizers & Cannabis." - KILLING CANCER

And then again on 2018-02-02 CBIS expanded the RCA with DFCI for 5 yrs. (@ $1.8M) to develop Cannabinoid-Based Medications and Associated Delivery Technologies for the Treatment of Cancers. That RCA agreement expired on 2023-02-02.

NOW, On 2023-02-02 the Expanded RCA with DFCI has ended. THE RESULTS ARE NOW KNOWN:

For the $1.8mil investment with DFCI, several Cancer Killing Formulations have been developed.

#1-6 Represents the drug formulations developed by DFCI during the 5yr RCA for treatment of the following cancers:

1. Skin Cancer
2. Breast Cancer
3. Brain Cancer
4. Kaposi's Sarcoma
5. Lung Cancer
6. Pancreatic Cancer
7. CBN Patent Valuation

#7 is the US Patent that was awarded to CBIS which describes the formulation used to treat certain neurological ailments such as ODD, ADD, etc.

On 2023-05-08 it was announced that GBXI signs the first 3 acquisitions for the GBXI Conglomerate (follow link below for details)

Then On 2023-12-13 you posted the following: "GBXI Corporate Filings, Financials, and trading status has been delayed due to change of control filings and approvals. On 2023-11-08 an independent entity named Capizate, Inc.; prepared and presented a "Situation Analysis of the GBX International Group" which provided a list of Strengths, Areas of Improvements, and a Cancer Drug Valuation of just one of the drug formulations noted above ($25Mil-$29Mil) - Impressive.

However, here is the list that I have concern for; can't go PUBLIC without being fixed:

(3) is there another entity out there using the same name as Cannabis Science?

This report included listing: (a) Strengths, (b) Areas for Improvement, (c) CBIS Cancer Drug Valuation(s) [1 specifically], (d) as well as several additional items that supported it giving GBXI a Capitize Score = 623 out of a possible 1000. Getting the potential CBIS Drug Valuation(s) for just 1 drug @ 25Mil-29Mil is/was impressive; however the "Areas for Improvement" are significant:

The report from November 8, 2023 says: "Your current phase in our process is phase three (Situation Analysis), four (Due Diligence Score), and five (Business Finance Documents – Specifically the analysis) the potential valuation" - out of a 7 phase process; (6) Capital Markets and (7) Post Capitalization. Even if you choose not to continue to use Capitize, Inc. any longer; these "Areas of Improvement" listed MUST BE addressed in order to bring CBIS back Trading again.

I have been a stock holder of CBIS since 2014. So know that I have a vested interest to see CBIS stock trading again.

I have been doing some detailed research and it finally led me to communicating with Raymond C. Dabney via email and subsequently by phone. I was disturbed about the Hemp Seizure and subsequent Court Case and how that Court Case Proceeded over 3 yrs. I have come to believe that this was sabotaged from day one. As Raymond stated though, right now he has to pick his battles. But this Hemp seizure caused so many problems. The Last Course Catalog at American States University is for the year 2017/2018.

I have come to realize that "American States University" is and has been all along; the "Catalyst" for Cannabis Science. GBXI needs to acquire American States University first and get up and running. Then Cannabis Science is next in line.

The $1.8Mil CBIS spend to investment in a 5 yrs Extended-RCA with Dana Farber back on 2018-02-02; just after the Frontiers In Oncology came out; ended in Feb 0f this year. It is my believe that THE RESULTS ARE NOW KNOWN! I think that drugs and delivery mechanisms have been developed.

I am a believer; now comes what it's going to take to make it happen; as per Raymond:

This is going to require an initial investment to GBXI of a minimum of $25,000.00 for filings required to restructure GBXI, etc.

I personally thought that I could come up with $5K from my IRA (I'm 70 yrs old BTW) BUT that is going to cause a good deal of my SSA $$ to be taxable. I can do $1K and be able to rough it for a year - but that's it. I'm throwing it out there to community at large: Is there 24 others amongst you that would be willing to participate? It's a risk free investment. I believe that the way it works (simplified) is that you put in your $1K and then at the end of 1 year you either get $1k @ $0.10 = 10,000 shares -OR- you get your money back if that's you want it.

See: "CLICK HERE to View Our LAST FILING" - below. I then went to the casetext.com website and found that this case had a decision made by the Judge on March 24, 2022.

VI. CONCLUSION

The court grants the motion to dismiss (ECF=No. 101) in part

The court finds Sakata and the individual board members are entitled to legislative immunity and are therefore dismissed with prejudice.

The court dismisses remaining claims against the County and sheriff without leave to amend apart from the Fourth Amendment challenge based on the time of the search.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

Since the "LAST FILING" date was 2 months late (previous decision granted 21 days from 07-06-2020 to amend the Complaint) and the Judge accepted it; I think that this a no brainer. You will win the Illegal Search and Seizure Claim if you pursue it. [Just my thoughts on the matter].
