Sorry it’s been extra busy planning and negotiating new deals for us lately while we are waiting to hear from the Exchange.
*** One of our “VIP Shareholders” brought up some key investing points, they have invested multiple times already, and thinking about investing more to grow their share position and help push us forward! I think I should share to help Everyone on our Team, VIP’s or not yet VIP’s:
VIP Shareholder Question:
“I just thought I would hold back some money to be able to buy and sell if there was volatility in the stock price out of the gate. I think these 'first rights share buying' are restricted shares and I won’t be able to touch for 2 years possibly? That was just my thinking, so I was being prepared for playing both options. Please advise if I’m not seeing the whole picture clearly. Thank you”
My Response:
That’s a great strategy you have! Absolutely if you have the liquid funds to do both, of course!
Let me explain this way so you know where we are at, and why we believe it’s always best to fund the company first and let the market take care of itself pushing and fueling it along the way, of course. As we have seen many times over, it really does work too! Especially when the company continues moving forward as planned anywhere near that elevated level of success it projected and places check marks along the way.
The 144 Rules are based on the status of the Company at the time you want to lift the restriction.
6 – months, if Fully-Reporting status with up-to-date audits and all.
1 – year, if filings up to date on any OTC exchange. (our projection)
2 – years if no financials on any OTC exchange.
In the next year we expect to be at minimum 1 – year status, possible 6 – months if timing on our side. So certainly, you are good for that option as well.
*** Depending on how liquid you are, there are basically two objectives we point out.
$1k, 5-10k, 25-75k, 100-250k, 500k+
1. Short term trading returns for Wealth building. Buying out of the market, these funds do not go directly to the company, it goes to the shareholder in the market selling the shares.
This one requires much more attention and larger liquidity because of the pricing and timing. This one requires active trading daily, weekly, monthly, requires daily attention to maximize returns. This one is more based on what the market trends are doing compared to fully realized Company growth potential. High returns if you catch the swings right on time, also based on the short-term trading swings this can be riskier even if the company succeeds based on unrecognized short term price swings for any reason.
2. Long term hold Wealth building. Purchasing directly from the company at a discount, these funds go directly to the company to assist in its growth plans immediately.
This one we try to build retirement type returns based on the company short- and long-term growth. This one requires main attention and focus on the company growth potential and steps to achieve it. This one requires monitoring company actions for growth and news releases explaining the actions taken to realize it’s growth potential. This one requires the company to have remarkably high projected revenue streams based on real life market comparables with its products and services as well as the demand for their products and services.
My Personal Summation:
To be fair I am a Company Man, not a trader, I always focus on the short- and long-term growth of the company. I have no time to watch the market and place orders all day long. We all have the unique opportunity to purchase for pennies and help company grow into millions or billions. This is certainly retirement income by bringing game changing products and service for the world to benefit this is our key to success.
With what we have built this is a simple choice to invest directly into the company because we are right at the growth curve to the next level by far not the last level. If we manage to get to NASDAQ our High Goal, this is certain retirement money. We have tracked many companies now with less than what we have take that NASDAQ path and successfully make it there. This is the plan and always has been, we are now knocking on the door and about to head up the next set of levels to get there. With our drug valuations and companies progressing we are here now for that serious increase in our valuation.
If we are so fortunate to make it through the FDA with our game changing low-cost cancer killing drugs and doctors can write a prescription for them, we will achieve the highest level of success and become a serious game changing wealth machine. We are already doing Great things for our planet and our health all around. We will certainly deserve that level of success and the rewards along the way.
Our path has been a long and winding road to get here, NO DOUBT, Harvard and ALL, based on all the challenges, and based on the extreme growth potential we have. Competitors are not exactly out to help us Succeed. Now that we have navigated through the growing pains in the lower-level growth curve we are ready for the next level of success, the high growth curve. This is where we go from speculation to hard asset valuations and real-world success to multiply our success by transitioning into revenue production on par with the competition, this our main Goal. We are here now so we are making sure we all have the shares to participate in that type of retirement success.
Hopefully this helps you understand our position on why every shareholder continuing to invest directly into the company changes things and why our Loyal shareholders continue to invest and add to their share position as we climb through the levels. This is a two-fold, Win/Win, the shareholders get the shares, and the company gets the funds required to progress to those next levels of success.
Whatever you do invest directly into the company as you add to your share position certainly helps us move forward, as I keep telling all our shareholders it certainly all adds up to make a difference.
