If not (hint) most conglomerates and their subsidiaries trade under their own merits and trade values are according to the projects and assets each entity has.
Therefore, when you look at Berkshire you will see multiple private non trading companies and companies with their own stock symbols owned by the Parent and its shareholders and they bring in outside shareholders to increase value. With that in mind the Parent Berkshire trades at what price ??
A bunch of its acquisitions trade on their own or remain private that is up to the majority Shareholder votes.
So yeah! We are All going for a Wild Ride for sure! Strap in so you don't fall off or just jump off so you don't lean in the wrong direction! We have so many asset based companies we are bringing in one step at a time.
Each one (Company/Subsidiary) is under the Thermic Sciences International umbrella, some will trade on their own merits, others will remain private under the Parent Company, either way ALL our shareholders benefit from everyone one of the companies, by getting shares in them one way or another!
Step by Step we are building a Major Conglomerate using all our companies, assets, and all our projects to feed off each other and compound our strengths.
