As a long-standing Loyal Shareholder, I hope that this posting finds you in good health and good spirits. I made my first CBIS purchase in Sept 2014 (Dr. Bob was still at CBIS) and I made my last purchase in June 2017; just prior to the Hemp Seizure that F'k-up everything for CBIS going forward.

BUT, on 2017-01-09 CBIS Entered into 1 yr. Research Collaboration Agreement (RCA) with Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) to Develop Cannabinoid-Based Medications and Associated Delivery Technologies for the Treatment of Cancers.

Then on 2018-01-18 1st Frontiers In Oncology Article: "Nano Particle Drone to Target Lung Cancer with Radio Sensitizers & Cannabis." - KILLING CANCER

And then again on 2018-02-02 CBIS expanded the RCA with DFCI for 5 yrs. (@ $1.8M) to develop Cannabinoid-Based Medications and Associated Delivery Technologies for the Treatment of Cancers. That RCA agreement expired on 2023-02-02.

NOW, On 2023-02-02 the Expanded RCA with DFCI has ended. THE RESULTS ARE NOW KNOWN:

For the $1.8mil investment with DFCI, several Cancer Killing Formulations have been developed.

#1-6 Represents the drug formulations developed by DFCI during the 5yr RCA for treatment of the following cancers:

1. Skin Cancer
2. Breast Cancer
3. Brain Cancer
4. Kaposi's Sarcoma
5. Lung Cancer
6. Pancreatic Cancer
7. CBN Patent Valuation

#7 is the US Patent that was awarded to CBIS which describes the formulation used to treat certain neurological ailments such as ODD, ADD, etc.

On 2023-05-08 it was announced that GBXI signs the first 3 acquisitions for the GBXI Conglomerate (follow link below for details)

Then On 2023-12-13 you posted the following: "GBXI Corporate Filings, Financials, and trading status has been delayed due to change of control filings and approvals. The Company has several options on the list for trading resumption as it pursues its regulatory approvals. The Company is pursuing the fastest path to trading first and will proceed down the list as it moves towards its ultimate goal of bringing all the GBXI conglomerate company shares back trading again.

QUESTION: Where are we toward the completion of this process?? 50% / 75% / 90% ????

Some info that the I have found about a SPAC is as follows:

Unlike an operating company that becomes public through a traditional IPO, however, a SPAC is a shell company when it becomes public.

If a SPAC lists its securities on an exchange, it is required to complete an initial business combination within three years of its IPO. IPO proceeds are held in the trust account until a SPAC consummates a business combination or liquidates. If the SPAC is liquidated, shareholders at the time of the liquidation will be entitled to their pro rata share of the aggregate amount then on deposit in the trust account.

On 2023-11-08 an independent entity named Capizate, Inc.; prepared and presented a "Situation Analysis of the GBX International Group" which provided a list of Strengths, Areas of Improvements, and a Cancer Drug Valuation of just one of the drug formulations noted above ($25Mil-$29Mil) - Impressive.

However, here is the list that I have concern for; can't go PUBLIC without being fixed:

1. The business documents, agreements, term sheets, engagements are all dated in 2017-2018 and need to be updated.
2. Ownership and control of the intellectual property needs to be defined and confirmed.
3. A similar entity has active registration with California Secretary of State. The Company has a different address than on the Company website and also had a Statement of Info due to the California Secretary of State on 05/10/2023. Registered with the California Secretary of State as a Non-Profit Nonprofit Corporation - CA - Mutual Benefit. This will need to be defined.

QUESTIONS:

(1) Who's working on updating documentation? What's the % complete?
(2) Who owns and/or controls the CBIS Intellectual Property?
(3) is there another entity out there using the same name as Cannabis Science?
(4) WHERE IS BRINGING CBIS BACK PUBLIC AGAIN ON YOUR LIST OF PRIORITIES?

This report included listing: (a) Strengths, (b) Areas for Improvement, (c) CBIS Cancer Drug Valuation(s) [1 specifically], (d) as well as several additional items that supported it giving GBXI a Capitize Score = 623 out of a possible 1000. Getting the potential CBIS Drug Valuation(s) for just 1 drug @ 25Mil-29Mil is/was impressive; however the "Areas for Improvement" are significant:

The report from November 8, 2023 says: "Your current phase in our process is phase three (Situation Analysis), four (Due Diligence Score), and five (Business Finance Documents – Specifically the analysis) the potential valuation" - out of a 7 phase process; (6) Capital Markets and (7) Post Capitalization. Even if you choose not to continue to use Capitize, Inc. any longer; these "Areas of Improvement" listed MUST BE addressed in order to bring CBIS back Trading again.

"We do not show records of any other direct Company share purchases."

The email said that an additional $1000 gets me into the legacy ownership event as the initial $1000 I paid was just a qualifier.

Was there an opportunity to buy direct Company shares at some point that I missed or does owning CS shares qualify me?

That is why you see us partnering and purchasing more Public Companies, (GBXI) so we make sure that we have WHATEVER tools it takes for us to Succeed and bring ALL our Shares back trading again, one way and another.

Thanks for ALL your Support through the THICK and Thin, just like the rest of our Loyal Shareholders, we CERTAINLY believe your Investments are going to pay-off in multiples based on our progress, especially over the past year or so to grow our company assets and projects. We should all do very well.

*** If your Broker has no clue, please get an Official “written statement” from them as to where your shares are, what they did, and what happened to them.

1. At your Brokerage Firm, it seems some Brokerage Firms changed the Company name to a number, that is NOT done by us. The Company name is still the same Cannabis Science Inc., et al. You would read about name changes coming directly from the Company if that was so.

2. In your hands, some of us ordered physical paper certificates from the broker or transfer agent to be delivered to yourself for your own safe keeping.

3. At the Transfer Agent, whatever Transfer Agent was the Company Transfer Agent at the time the Shares were trading they still has the Shares on their books and in your name, they can not just give your shares away either without your specific permission. STC Stock Transfer (CBIS), Signature Stock Transfer (ENDO), et al.


All our Corporate, Updates, Share-Trading, and Share-Issuance updates will be posted on iCannabinoid in real-time! So, you know where to go whenever you want real-time information.

2. We completed our “First” 3rd Party Independent Cancer Drug Valuation $25-29 Million today, (this is for each cancer drug we own). We have more than one Cancer Drug Target. This Valuation for our Cancer Killing Drugs changes things dramatically for us ALL. We expect our Share Trading values to reflect this confirmed valuation and once we bring them back to Trade we think the share pricing will Pleasantly Surprise us all as we proceed to bring our Cancer Killing Drugs to market.

3. We just announced our “Inaugural” 1-Million STRONG, Celebrities Raising $20 Million to Keep Killing Cancers Fundraiser Expo Event, Dinner GALA Awards Show, in Vancouver BC. (Final Title and Date Announcements, Forthcoming). We expect this to be some sort of Success, we think we can raise close to $1 million to progress our Cancer Killing Drugs and Corporate operations to Successfully begin our FDA IND# application. That is the purpose of the Fundraiser.

4. CHEERS! to the 2024 New Year Kick-off of our CSi-VIP Legacy Drug Ownership Event, CSi-VIP Legacy Drug Ownership, we just released the rules and regulations. Sorry it’s been extra busy planning and negotiating new deals for us lately while we are waiting to hear from the Exchange.

*** One of our “VIP Shareholders” brought up some key investing points, they have invested multiple times already, and thinking about investing more to grow their share position and help push us forward! I think I should share to help Everyone on our Team, VIP’s or not yet VIP’s:

VIP Shareholder Question:

“I just thought I would hold back some money to be able to buy and sell if there was volatility in the stock price out of the gate. I think these 'first rights share buying' are restricted shares and I won’t be able to touch for 2 years possibly? That was just my thinking, so I was being prepared for playing both options. Please advise if I’m not seeing the whole picture clearly. Thank you”


My Response:

That’s a great strategy you have! Absolutely if you have the liquid funds to do both, of course!

Let me explain this way so you know where we are at, and why we believe it’s always best to fund the company first and let the market take care of itself pushing and fueling it along the way, of course. As we have seen many times over, it really does work too! Especially when the company continues moving forward as planned anywhere near that elevated level of success it projected and places check marks along the way.

The 144 Rules are based on the status of the Company at the time you want to lift the restriction.

6 – months, if Fully-Reporting status with up-to-date audits and all.
1 – year, if filings up to date on any OTC exchange. (our projection)
2 – years if no financials on any OTC exchange.

In the next year we expect to be at minimum 1 – year status, possible 6 – months if timing on our side. So certainly, you are good for that option as well.

*** Depending on how liquid you are, there are basically two objectives we point out.

$1k, 5-10k, 25-75k, 100-250k, 500k+

1. Short term trading returns for Wealth building. Buying out of the market, these funds do not go directly to the company, it goes to the shareholder in the market selling the shares.

This one requires much more attention and larger liquidity because of the pricing and timing. This one requires active trading daily, weekly, monthly, requires daily attention to maximize returns. This one is more based on what the market trends are doing compared to fully realized Company growth potential. High returns if you catch the swings right on time, also based on the short-term trading swings this can be riskier even if the company succeeds based on unrecognized short term price swings for any reason.

2. Long term hold Wealth building. Purchasing directly from the company at a discount, these funds go directly to the company to assist in its growth plans immediately.

This one we try to build retirement type returns based on the company short- and long-term growth. This one requires main attention and focus on the company growth potential and steps to achieve it. This one requires monitoring company actions for growth and news releases explaining the actions taken to realize it’s growth potential. This one requires the company to have remarkably high projected revenue streams based on real life market comparables with its products and services as well as the demand for their products and services.


My Personal Summation:

To be fair I am a Company Man, not a trader, I always focus on the short- and long-term growth of the company. I have no time to watch the market and place orders all day long. We all have the unique opportunity to purchase for pennies and help company grow into millions or billions. This is certainly retirement income by bringing game changing products and service for the world to benefit this is our key to success.

With what we have built this is a simple choice to invest directly into the company because we are right at the growth curve to the next level by far not the last level. If we manage to get to NASDAQ our High Goal, this is certain retirement money. We have tracked many companies now with less than what we have take that NASDAQ path and successfully make it there. This is the plan and always has been, we are now knocking on the door and about to head up the next set of levels to get there. With our drug valuations and companies progressing we are here now for that serious increase in our valuation.

If we are so fortunate to make it through the FDA with our game changing low-cost cancer killing drugs and doctors can write a prescription for them, we will achieve the highest level of success and become a serious game changing wealth machine. We are already doing Great things for our planet and our health all around. We will certainly deserve that level of success and the rewards along the way.

Our path has been a long and winding road to get here, NO DOUBT, Harvard and ALL, based on all the challenges, and based on the extreme growth potential we have. Competitors are not exactly out to help us Succeed. Now that we have navigated through the growing pains in the lower-level growth curve we are ready for the next level of success, the high growth curve. This is where we go from speculation to hard asset valuations and real-world success to multiply our success by transitioning into revenue production on par with the competition, this our main Goal. We are here now so we are making sure we all have the shares to participate in that type of retirement success.

Hopefully this helps you understand our position on why every shareholder continuing to invest directly into the company changes things and why our Loyal shareholders continue to invest and add to their share position as we climb through the levels. This is a two-fold, Win/Win, the shareholders get the shares, and the company gets the funds required to progress to those next levels of success.

Whatever you do invest directly into the company as you add to your share position certainly helps us move forward, as I keep telling all our shareholders it certainly all adds up to make a difference.

Would be great to graduate to the next level in the near future. I seriously wonder Raymond, when or if there are future plans for your auto-biography being written. I've only seen from my distant vantage point these past 4 years of you being the helmsman to this war-ravaged ship. Not too many people have the qualities you possess that have allowed us to advance to this critical juncture. I believe we were left for dead, destined to be swept under the rug by various entities ,but NO! something or someone was a game-changer! How did you evolve? Who or what instilled your make-up/qualities/ethics?
I could go on but I'll wait to read the book!!

I was originally scheduled to get 14 Chemo Treatments and 6 weeks of radiation. When the hospital screwed up the Chemo, I got the Mayo Clinic In Rochester Mn to take my case.

In the end, I only received 4 Chemo Treatments and 3 weeks of radiation, but when surgeons at the Mayo Clinic went in to remove the cancer, (ready for this) they found a bunch of DEAD cancer cells and my 2.5 cm Type 2B Tumor was now classified as a 1.5 cm Type 1A! Once again you have posted that great things are headed our way, without laying out a timeline for milestones. What is the hold up for anything, in our portfolio of products, to make a significant contribution to the market place? Heaters, Paints or Cancer Curing drugs, etc. surely something should be making a difference. I have not seen or heard anything about these commercials with stars promoting our products. I have not seen any changes in our portfolio progression. When will our loyalty shares be presented? When will the old CBIS stock start trading once again? That is in One Year, Worldwide. That is 15 Billion.

We have at least four or five Targets ready. Two Ready for FDA packaging and launch.

Most Companies do not go into Business unless they think they can attain 5-15% market share before they begin.

If we have 5 Billion shares outstanding and we ONLY get 1% of that Market share, the numbers are what we are Supposed to be by now, BLUE CHIP.

So lets dumb it down to the North America market, ONLY.

$1,156,147,200.00, EACH YEAR, that is

Maybe little more realistic and attainable. 5-15%

Reading these comments I don't feel so stupid anymore. It took me three tries on 3 different days to find the "gift" registration form in the "shareholder center of excellence" box. Perhaps putting it in a stand alone spot would help folks find it easier, with out ALL the repetitive gobledegook. Question, won't diluting the amount of shares with the "FREE" (now $65) loyalty shares lower the per share value for us folks who have been "loyal" and can't afford the $65. Also, what is the target price per share projected if/when CBIS starts trading again? Maybe I am stupid!!!
