Thomas, I sent this to Raymond a few minutes ago and thought that maybe this should have gone to you. 
 I have questions below, and if the specific answers are out there and I missed it, I apologize.  You can reply with a link to anything that has the answers if you like.

I have owned shares for quite a while.  I had accumulated 100,000 shares and then doubled my stake right before you went private because I trusted and believed in what you were doing.  So I do have 200,000 shares.  Based on the Loyalty program announced in 2019, when processed, that will add 50% to my total correct?  Making my total  300,000?

1)Will that still happen?  1st quarter? and before the conversion to ENDO?

Here is part of the article that I know everyone is happy to see:

All shareholders notices will be sent out in the first quarter of 2021.
All shareholder certificates will be confirmed through the transfer agent.
All proposed share changes will be reclassified under the following structure changes:
i. Preferred Shares (Voting Shares)
ii. Common Shares (Current Trading Shares) 
iii. Common Class A (Cannabis Science New Shares)

Devil is in the details.
2)  I am assuming the "ii. Common Shares (Current Trading Shares)" are what I currently have and have had for years.  Is that a correct assumption?

3) I am assuming that "iii. Common Class A (Cannabis Science New Shares)" are going to be the First Rights shares that are currently being offered?  Is that also correct?

In previous posts, "B" shares were mentioned maybe a year ago and I never did see how something like that was actually to be traded.

4)  Will the "ii. Common Shares (Current Trading Shares)" be exchanged 1:1 with the Current ENDO shares currently on the exchanges?

I would greatly appreciate a reply to the questions above as I am sure all of the other stockholders would also.
